Winick Realty Opens New Office in New Jersey
Winick Realty Group LLC opened an office in Cranford, N.J. Daniel Spector and Tyler Bennett, senior vice presidents and founding partners, will be in charge of the new office. Spector has more than 25 years of experience in retail real estate leasing and asset sales. Bennett has 10 years of experience in the industry.
Winick’s New Jersey office has recently been retained by Vornado Realty Trust as the exclusive leasing agent for some of its properties in the area. In addition, the office serves as exclusive broker in the region for Crunch Fitness, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pep Boys, Wendy’s, Safeguard Self Storage, Jersey Mike’s and Chipotle Mexican Grill.

The Moinian Group appointed Winick Realty Group LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for 84,000 sq. ft. of retail space at 535-545 Fifth Ave. in New York City. The space occupies an entire block from East 44th St. to East 45th St., with 200 feet of frontage on Fifth Avenue.
Party City Corp. subleased 11,825 sq. ft. of space from Duane Reade at 223 West 34th Street in New York City. The new store will open in the second quarter of 2012. Matt J. Ogle and Patrick A. Madison Capital appointed Winick Realty Group LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for 13,400 sq. ft. of retail space at 100 Broadway in New York City. The property includes 4,400 sq. ft. on the ground level and 9,000 sq. ft. on the lower level. Previously, Borders used to occupy the space. Jeff Winick and Darrell Rubens will handle this assignment on behalf of Winick Realty.
