Winick Realty Group LLC Named Exclusive Brokers for Expanding Emergency Care Brand
State-of-the-art emergency walk-in medical clinic MedRite Urgent Care has announced plans to expand its presence in Manhattan with the help of Winick Realty Group LLC. The clinic is building on the success of its first Manhattan location, which opened in March 2011 at 919 Second Avenue.
Winick Realty Group LLC Associate Tatiana Jung, who represented MedRite Urgent Care in their first lease transaction, will serve as the company’s exclusive broker along with Winick Realty Group LLC Director Richard Smith. Jung and Smith are actively seeking storefronts ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet that are located on the avenues in high-traffic areas.
“MedRite Urgent Care offers a similar service to the ER because all of our doctors have worked in an ER before and can assess with our patients need,” said owner and administrator Samuel Fisch, who runs their current location at 919 Second Avenue, “but we are cleaner, faster and less expensive than an ER. Our patients get in and out fast with good care at a good price.”
MedRite doctors are able to handle minor trauma cases, perform blood work and urinalysis, and can evaluate for almost anything. Experienced technicians run the laboratory and x-ray services on-site and board-certified emergency physicians man the spacious examination rooms. MedRite also provides a wide variety of well patient services like physicals, employment screenings, insurance certifications, and complete well woman care.
MedRite accepts walk-in patients, as well as those who make appointments on their website, on all major insurance plans.
