Professional Experience

Jason Stein joined Winick Realty Group in 2016 as part of the company’s Agent Training Program. Mr. Stein focuses on both tenant and landlord representation throughout New York City.

Mr. Stein was surrounded by business from a young age as he would accompany his father, a textile salesman, to his office and listen in on sales calls. He had the opportunity to intern at a textile company, where he worked directly under the vice president as he cold-called potential clients and mastered the company’s in-house inventory system. The intimate knowledge he gained of the needs of both buyer a seller helps him to make the right connections between clients and successfully complete real estate deals.

A graduate of Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management and Technology, Mr. Stein also interned at Century 21 Real Estate, where he canvassed, went on showings and created marketing campaigns for both residential and commercial properties.

Professional Experience

Teddy Srour joined Winick Realty Group in 2016 as a canvasser in the company’s Agent Training Program, quickly moving into the position of Associate. He came to the company after graduating from Syracuse University with a double major in Management and Real Estate.

A native of New York City, Mr. Srour grew up surrounded by real estate as he would often accompany his grandfather to buildings owned by his family’s company, Smart Realty. His interest in real estate grew further over the course a mentorship at CPEX, where he was part of a prestigious group of college students chosen to canvass and catalog properties in Brooklyn and Queens on behalf of the company’s retail sales team.

Mr. Srour also interned at Durst Fetner Residential, where he worked directly under the lead analyst. In this position, Mr. Srour had the opportunity to sit in on investor meetings and phone calls, as well as work on pro formas.

Professional Experience

Spencer Bowers joined Winick Realty Group in 2016, where he represents both landlords and tenants throughout Manhattan.

Mr. Bowers graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations. His experience in working for various non-profit organizations including Wigeon Point Charitable Foundation, Family Centers, and NRDC—where he worked on key projects including the BP Gulf oil spill and Chukchi Sea American Polar Bears—strengthened his marketing and research skills. He previously worked for the Tiger Woods Foundation, where he organized tournament operations for the PGA AT&T National Championship. In addition, he personally managed more than 25 tournament sponsors and functioned as liaison for all sponsor operations.

Mr. Bowers’ competitive spirit—evident in his accomplishment of earning national ranking for snowboarding—and his leadership qualities aid in him being an asset to Winick Realty Group.

Professional Experience

Thomas Galo is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New York and New Jersey. Since joining Winick Realty Group in 2016, he has focused on retail leasing and sales, representing both landlords and tenants.

Mr. Galo has worked as a realtor at Coldwell Banker in Wayne, NJ, where he closed on numerous residential properties. For the past two years, he has also worked with his family, researching and investing in properties on behalf of their New Jersey-based property management company. In this role, Mr. Galo managed all property essentials, researched and evaluated properties for investments, negotiated the contract process, and conducted direct communications with tenants. He has completed NNN purchases with Murphy USA properties and sold a former retail building of theirs in Queens.

Mr. Galo graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Business Management.

Professional Experience

Alec Stone joined Winick Realty Group as an intern in the summer of 2015 where he developed his passion for the commercial real estate industry.  Mr. Stone then became a licensed salesperson in 2016 following his successful completion of the company’s Agent Training Program.

Mr. Stone came to the firm with degrees in Business and Communications from the University of Arizona and Farmingdale College, respectively, and achieved Dean’s List status. Thanks to his background, as well as his time as a sales associate for Linden Care, Mr. Stone is adept at creating relationships and communicating the essential details with his clients. He also gained valuable commercial real estate experience at Jack Stone Engineers, which solely concentrates in the commercial engineering marketplace.  Mr. Stone spent two summers assisting the president of Jack Stone Engineers, learning how to identify the spaces that will work best for the build out of a particular client.

Outside of work, Mr. Stone volunteers with a host of charitable organizations, including collecting used cell phones and recycling them in an effort for soldiers to call their loved ones back home, as well as supporting a myriad of cancer prevention and awareness organizations.

Professional Experience

Aaron Noorani joined Winick Realty Group in 2016 following his successful completion of the company’s Agent Training Program. A native of New York City with family ties to real estate, Mr. Noorani approaches retail leasing with a unique perspective honed over the course of a lifetime.

Mr. Noorani graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Corporate Communication and Psychology and soon earned the opportunity to intern at a New York-based leasing firm where he focused on canvassing on behalf of food-service tenants seeking first and second locations in the five boroughs. He has also had employment experience in various facets of retail, giving him a deep understanding of what prospective tenants look for and what to emphasize when seeking the ideal space for a particular concept.

Mr. Noorani serves as executive brand ambassador for Meta Matcha, a green tea company that sells its healthy beverage to local stores and schools. In this position, he works to identify new business opportunities, as well as develop strategic ways to enter into new markets.
