Winick Realty Group expands in New Jersey, doubles office size
Winick Realty Group announced that its New Jersey office has expanded, leasing a new location at 4 Commerce Drive in Cranford, NJ, which doubles the size of the company’s existing office.
This new 2,500-square-foot office, which is set to open on Oct. 1, will allow the New Jersey branch to eventually accommodate upwards of 20 brokers and support staff.
“It has been a pleasure growing and nurturing this office over the past two years,” said Daniel Spector, senior vice president, who co-founded Winick Realty Group NJ with fellow senior vice president Tyler Bennett in November 2012. “In that time, we have grown exponentially, going from two brokers to eight, adding an investment sales division and cultivating an impressive list of exclusive landlords and tenants that are currently active in both New Jersey and New York.”
“This new office positions us to not only grow as a company but also better service our clients in the markets of New York and New Jersey,” said Bennett. “By remaining in Cranford, it allows us to be easily accessible to both markets.”
