Professional Experience

Andrei Danshes is an associate at Winick Realty Group LLC, which he joined in 2011 as a member of its agent training department.

A native of Maryland, Mr. Danshes’ family owns, develops and manages properties, giving him a first-hand look at the real estate industry from an early age. He decided to follow in his family’s footsteps following his graduation from Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology that gives him a distinctive toolset for understanding the motivations and emotions of landlords and tenants alike.

Mr. Danshes developed a deep understanding of the real estate industry while working for residential leasing firm Elegran Realty & Development, where Mr. Danshes split his time between brokerage and marketing duties. He gained first-hand experience managing clients and showing properties, while at the same time creating property profiles and using internet marketing tools to build the company’s brand on the web. It was through this training that Mr. Danshes learned the importance of location in real estate transactions and developed an intimate knowledge of the various neighborhoods of New York City.

Mr. Danshes has used his well-rounded approach to real estate, coupled with a love for learning and research, to fully explore the retail landscape of New York City. Mr. Danshes focuses on both tenant and landlord representation throughout New York City.
