Aaron Fishbein has channeled his detailed knowledge of the New York commercial market into landlord and tenant representation at Winick Realty Group, with a particular focus on Manhattan and Long Island City.
Since joining Winick Realty Group, Mr. Fishbein has completed many transactions throughout Manhattan, Long Island City and Brooklyn on behalf of both Owners and Retailers. Mr. Fishbein has worked, and is currently working with, such landlords as Related Companies, TF Cornerstone, Jamestown Properties, The Lightstone Group, Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation, Fetner and Florida Sunshine Investments, to name a few. In addition, Mr. Fishbein has completed transactions with national and local tenants, including Title Boxing, Massage Envy, RadioShack, European Wax Center, Barry’s Bootcamp, Ricky’s, Brooklyn Urgent Care, Northshore LIJ and Juice Generation, among others.
Over the past several years, Mr. Fishbein has been instrumental in growing Winick Realty Group’s presence in Long Island City, assisting the firm in leasing more new development space in the neighborhood than any other New York City brokerage firm. Recently, Mr. Fishbein, along with Winick Realty Group President Steven E. Baker, completed the leasing efforts at the East Coast Development, Long Island City’s largest retail development of 30,000 Square Feet, on behalf of TF Cornerstone. Mr. Fishbein is currently working on several game-changing projects in the Long Island City neighborhood, including a retail project at 22-22 Jackson Avenue, directly next to the famous MoMA PS1 and 5Pointz.
Mr. Fishbein is currently working with landlord TF Cornerstone to lease and reposition its prime retail assets throughout Manhattan, and recently successfully leased TF Cornerstone’s flagship opportunity at 387 Park Avenue South to Artisanal Fromagerie & Bistro and Barry’s Bootcamp.
Prior to beginning his tenure at Winick Realty Group, Mr. Fishbein worked with the National Basketball Association, Los Angeles Clippers.
Mr. Fishbein graduated with the Deans Award from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University in New York City with a degree in Business and Real Estate. He is a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City.
