Winick to Market Meatpacking Space
Winick Realty Group LLC has been chosen to exclusively represent the retail at 420 West 14th Street, located between Washington Street and Ninth Avenue, steps from the High Line’s recently-completed 14th Street entrance.
Associate director Kelly Gedinsky is marketing the two-level space, which is comprised of a 3,600 s/f ground floor and 2,800 s/f selling lower level.
A virtually column-free storefront, the location offers wood floors, high ceilings and 30 feet of frontage on 14th Street. The space is ready for occupancy, said Gedinsky, and ownership has obtained landmark-approved plans to renovate the existing storefront and upgrade the façade upon procuring a tenant.
“We are marketing the space to tenants who will continue the traffic flow to the new High Line entrance on 14th Street from 9th Avenue,” said Gedinsky, “and complement the ever-changing upscale shopping destination,” which includes such neighboring tenants as Apple, Zac Posen, Hugo Boss and Diane von Furstenberg.
