Professional Experience

Alexandra Brody has been an associate at Winick Realty Group LLC since 2011. Ms. Brody joined the firm after completing internships in both residential and retail brokerage that helped her to learn the communication skills necessary for daily dealings with tenants and landlords alike.

Ms. Brody brings an extensive background in retail and fashion to her work, having worked for many internationally-known brands, including Theory and French Connection. Her distinctive approach to retail leasing expertly combines the skills and knowledge base gained at Indiana University, where she majored in communications and minored in fashion, with the unique perspective she gained at home through her mother and father, who have close to three decades of experience in development and fashion, respectively.

Ms. Brody is principally focused on tenant research and representation, with a particular emphasis on bringing brands from her native Boston to New York City.
