Professional Experience
James Porter has been an associate at Winick Realty Group LLC since 2011. He developed an interest in and knowledge of New York City’s commercial real estate market while at Winick Realty Group LLC, first as an intern and later as a listings agent.
Mr. Porter focuses on landlord and tenant representation in Midtown, an area he came to know well while growing up. Though he was born and raised in Miami, Mr. Porter would often visit Midtown Manhattan as his father, an advertising executive, had an office there. Mr. Porter has built upon that familiarity with the area and has extensively canvassed that section of Manhattan since starting at Winick Realty Group LLC.
Mr. Porter earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Tulane University, and also focused on international development while studying abroad in Rome and Geneva.
