Two Deals for TF Cornerstone
Two new retail deals were inked earlier this month on the far West Side, around the soon-to-be-developed Hudson Yards.
Ark Restaurants, the national eatery operator, leased 10,350 square feet for what will be an as-yet-unnamed restaurant at 505 West 37th Street. Described as an “upscale, modern dining experience,” the restaurant will occupy the ground floor of a building owned by TF Cornerstone.
Meanwhile, brokers said, Pillars 37 and Pillars 38, a new private event venue and catering hall from the owners of nearby Loft Eleven, has signed a deal for 9,570 square feet in the same building.
Steven Baker, president of Winick Realty Group, and Winick associate director Josh Singer represented TF Cornerstone in both transactions. KGW Associates represented Ark Restaurants while Newmark Knight Frank represented the catering hall and private event venue.
“These tenants will help change Hudson Yards into the next cool, hip neighborhood,” Mr. Bake said in a statement. “We aim to continue that trend with the two remaining spaces at 505’s sister building, 455 West 37th Street, and ensure incoming tenants provide essential services to the community.”
