Professional Experience
Sam Mann joined Winick Realty Group LLC as an associate in 2010. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and placed on the Dean’s List.
Prior to his time at Winick, Mr. Mann helped manage more than 500 residential units in the Bronx. His stint in property management helped Mr. Mann learn the communication skills necessary for daily dealings with tenants. He also gained a unique understanding of tenants’ needs as he grew up watching his father run 35 optical stores in the Tri-State Area. It is through this experience that Mr. Mann learned what goes into deciding on the best location and pinpointing the areas with the best foot traffic for a particular store.
Mr. Mann focuses on tenant and landlord representation, as well as advisory services.
