Professional Experience
Tatiana Jung is an Investment Sales Specialist at Winick Realty Group.
Ms. Jung has underwritten investment sales transactions for a variety of institutional and private investor clients. She develops financial models, provides in-depth market research, evaluates property conditions and operations in preparation of the offering memorandum and transaction execution.
With a degree from the Moscow State University, Ms. Jung moved to the U.S. in 1990, and obtained a degree in marketing from the School of Visual Arts of the Fashion Institute of Technology. Previously she worked in the marketing departments of several major investment companies including Oppenheimer Capital, JP Morgan Chase and John A. Levin and Co.
After spending four years as an Art Director for an international advertisement company, in 2004, Ms. Jung started her career in commercial real estate. She was responsible for the sales of over 200,000 square feet of mixed-use developments in her first year.
