Professional Experience
Marc Friedland joined Winick Realty Group LLC in 2010 after more than 30 years in the fashion industry. Mr. Friedland was the owner of a custom-made footwear chain that had three retail locations in New York City in the early 1970s. He later started his own business manufacturing and importing jeans under the labels Corniche, Traffic and Major Damage.
At Winick Realty Group, Mr. Friedland focuses on tenant and landlord representation, as well as advisory services. Building on his 30 years of experience with clothing retailers, Mr. Friedland works with mainly clothing tenants, as well as food service establishments. The father of four concentrates his efforts on the borough of Manhattan and his hometown of Long Island.
