Professional Experience

Brian Tregerman joined Winick Realty in 2009 as a Listings Coordinator and quickly moved into the role of real estate broker. Born and raised in Manhattan, Mr. Tregerman used his time in the listings department to gain a more intimate knowledge of New York City, having spent considerable time canvassing its streets. He managed the company database of more than 9,000 listings in the New York metropolitan area and assisted senior brokers on a daily basis.

Mr. Tregerman demonstrated key leadership skills both in and out of the classroom as both President of SUNY Albany and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He worked on various political campaigns, serving as Deputy Communications Director for one Congressional candidate, and interned for Ron Canestari, the majority leader in the New York State Assembly. Mr. Tregerman’s political experience makes him uniquely qualified to negotiate on behalf of his clients, and his experience working in retail helps him to understand the needs of tenants looking for space in New York City.

Mr. Tregerman specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation, as well as advisory services within the borough of Manhattan.
