Professional Experience
Annie Shinn joined Winick Realty Group in 2007 after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Visual Arts from Duke University. She holds a Journalism Certificate in Public Policy and received the Sue & Lee Noel Prize for her excellence in the arts.
Ms. Shinn is a member of Darrell Ruben’s team, focusing primarily on landlord representation in lower Manhattan and tenant/landlord representation throughout Manhattan. She exclusively represents many of Manhattan’s prominent property owners, such as The Moinian Group, Youngwoo & Associates, The Hakimian Organization, Kushner Companies and Metro Loft Management, to name a few.
Ms. Shinn most recently completed the REI flagship at the Puck Building, Financier Patisserie at 740 Broadway, Harry’s Italian at Rockefeller Center, and The London Candy Company at 1442 Lexington Avenue.
