Professional Experience
Growing up with two generations of real estate professionals, Joshua Singer has been keen on the industry since his early years.
Mr. Singer joined Winick Realty Group LLC in 2006. He had previously worked at Rockrose Development Corporation, Bernard Hodes Group and Alliance Bernstein L.P. Mr. Singer has been involved in marketing such high profile properties as 2626 Broadway (the Metro Theater) and 2305 Broadway (leased by BlueMercury).
Mr. Singer holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University.
