Professional Experience

Zach Mishaan, Senior Managing Director at Winick Realty Group LLC, joined the company in 2005 after a 20-year career in the apparel industry. Knowing the ins and outs of the garment business, Mr. Mishaan has been able to successfully apply his sales expertise to retail brokerage.

Mr. Mishaan focuses on retail store leasing and investment sales. In fact, he established the investment sales department at Winick Realty. He has sold numerous buildings throughout the city and as a Brooklyn native, he does most of his business in that borough. In 2006 Mr. Mishaan brokered the sale of seven buildings in the tri-state area totaling $135 million. Among his recent transactions were the sale of two buildings – 470 Broadway in SoHo and 1818 86th Street in Brooklyn.

On the leasing end, Mr. Mishaan marketed some of the largest developments in Brooklyn including 20,000 sq. ft. of retail at the Flatbush Avenue Extension.

Crown Acquisitions, Wharton Realty, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, and ACH Management are among the property owners represented by Mr. Mishaan. On the tenant side, he represents such retailers as AT&T, Duane Reade, ABC Variety Stores, and Portabella Stores.
