Professional Experience
Joseph Isa has been affiliated with Winick Realty Group LLC since 2006. Due to his strong tenant representation skills and his understanding of landlord needs, Mr. Isa consistently ranks among the top brokers in NYC.
Prior to moving to New York and joining Winick Realty Group LLC, Mr. Isa handled commercial sales and leasing in Chicago.
At Winick, Mr. Isa has been involved in retail transactions totaling over $100 million gross rent. He exclusively represents a number of tenants and landlords and has recently completed transactions with Lush Cosmetics, Duane Reade, Dunkin Donuts, Just Salad, Basics Plus Housewares, Associated Supermarket, and New York Burger Co. On the landlord side, Mr. Isa works with such prominent property owners as Tishman Speyer, The Chetrit Group, and Rockrose Development, to name a few.
Mr. Isa is a graduate of Providence College with a major in Business. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York, Florida, Illinois, and Indiana.
