Winick Leases Retail Space at Upscale East Village Condo
NEW YORK, NY—Petopia, the New York-based dog boutique and pet-related retail store with two other locations in Manhattan, has leased a 1,400-square-foot retail store at the base of 420 East 14th Street, the newly-constructed luxury condominium located between First Avenue and Avenue A.
“We’re very pleased to have represented ownership in this transaction,” said Lori Shabtai, Executive Vice President of Winick Realty Group, who, along with her associate Michael Gleicher, represented the landlord, Magnum Real Estate Group.
This lease is the latest in a long-standing relationship between Winick Realty and Magnum. Shabtai and Gleicher recently represented Magnum and Halo Air in a retail lease at 133 West 22nd Street, a newly-completed luxury residential building in the heart of Chelsea. The first U.S.-based spa for Halo Air, which offers state-of-the-art salt treatments, had its grand opening on February 1.
