Winick Realty Group announced the following transactions:
- Udizine, the Israeli-based display company, signed a lease for 2,600 s/f of retail space for its first U.S. showroom at 498 Seventh Avenue. Tatiana Voevodina and Richard Smith of Winick Realty Group represented both the tenant and the landlord, George Comfort & Sons, in this long-term lease transaction.
- Petopia, the New York-based dog boutique, has leased a 1,400 s/f retail store at the base of 420 East 14th Street, the newly-constructed luxury condominium located between First Avenue and Avenue A. Lori Shabtai, executive vice president of Winick Realty Group and Michael Gleicher, represented the landlord, Magnum Real Estate Group.
