Gourmet Ltd. to open cafe in Manhattan
New York City ( January 8, 2010 ) Winick Realty Group announced that upscale cafe Gourmet Ltd. has signed a long-term lease at 900 Eighth Avenue, located on the corner of W. 54th Street in Manhattan.
The 1,250-sq.-ft. cafe is slated to open in early 2010.
