Health-conscious fast food chain, Energy Kitchen capped off a successful 2009 with two new locations opening in the second half of the year with plans for 50 more in the tri-state area over the next three years.

Jamie Rogers of Winick Realty Group, the exclusive broker for Energy Kitchen, arranged the most recent leases for a 1,800 s/f flagship store at 18 West 23rd Street and a 1,700 s/f location at 1628 2nd Avenue.

With an eye on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Energy Kitchen plans to open its tenth location there in 2010. Moreover, the chain is currently looking for 1200-2500 s/f spaces in midtown, lower Manhattan, the outer boroughs and New Jersey.
