Dollar General inks deal in Union City
Union City, N.J. ( December 4, 2009 ) Goodlettsville, Tenn.-based Dollar General said it has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 9,600 sq. ft. in Union City, N.J.
Earlier in the year, the company leased a 15,600-sq.-ft. unit in North Arlington, N.J.
New York City-based Winick Realty Group represented Dollar General in both transactions.
